Simon is one of the founding directors of measure2improve having previously worked in procurement in the construction and engineering sectors, holding senior positions with large multi-national companies, he also has a background in business system analysis.
Simon is the measure2improve’s commercial director and his work is primarily focused of overseeing the operation of National Highways & Transport Network, the leading service improvement organisation in the Highways sector, which measure2improve administers on behalf of its members, over 100 local highway authorities. Simon has extensive experience in the development and configuration of performance management systems and in the deployment of management reporting.
