Asset Management Improvement Club
AMIP is a social housing benchmarking club formed for Housing Associations and Local Authorities to share good practice, expertise, and drive sustainable improvements in service delivery. Members use Club KPIs to compare their performance with one another and as a benchmark for continuous improvement, with results reported in quarterly cycles.
Southern Construction Framework
A collaborative procurement service run by Hampshire County Council. The system tracks construction projects and the clients, contractors and consultants involved. KPIs collected and analysed to demonstrate efficiencies of using the SCF Framework. Projects totalling over £6 billion have been logged on the system.
An alliance of Local Authorities in the north of England offering a procurement service for construction projects. System tracks clients, contractors, consultants, projects and tenders. KPIs data collected and analysed to demonstrate the efficiencies of using the YORhub Frameworks. Projects totalling over £2 billion have been logged on the system.
Health & Safety
Tracks incidents, mobile App used for H&S audits and inspections. Automated workflow notifies operatives and senior management of good and bad practice. Comprehensive reporting analyses by business unit with trends and statistics (e.g. AIR/AFR). Over 2,000 users with approximately 750 incidents and 8,000 scorecards a year.

Used to carry out H&S inspections and audits with automated workflow to notify top management of any serious issues. Monthly Board report for analyses with trends and statistics, all displayed graphically. Over 100 users with around 40 depots.

Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality
A single repository for their SHEQ inspections and audits. Automated workflow notifies operatives and management of safety and quality concerns. Mobile App used to gather and document site based data. Over 1,200 users and approximately 24,000 scorecards a year.
Tracks client satisfaction for law firms on a series of issues. Clients are issued a questionnaire when their case is concluded and their responses analysed and benchmarked in real time. Any Low satisfaction scores are reported immediately to the law firm for action. Nearly 2 million responses analysed.
NHT (National Highways & Transport)
Public Satisfaction Survey
Probably the largest highway survey in the UK with over 400,000 questionnaires issued this year. Resident satisfaction collated on a wide range of issues for the 112 Local Authorities taking part. Data is analysed, benchmarked and published online. Over 70 million responses analysed since 2008.
