Don Gaudoin

Innovations Director

Don is the Innovations Director at measure2improve, responsible for the strategic development path of our software products and IT infrastructure. Don started out as an IT apprentice at Rolls Royce (Aero Engines) during the heyday of IBM Mainframes where every second of computer time was carefully scheduled. This formative experience provided a solid grounding on developing, supporting and maintaining large scale, mission critical systems.

After qualifying, Don moved to the City as a project leader for BUPA on their finance, marketing and membership systems. In 1986, Don joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as a senior consultant and worked on insolvency and billing systems until he left to found an independent consultancy. In 1995, Don founded measure2improve with Simon Pinkney and John Marshall to develop bespoke software and services for the Construction Industry.

“I’ve worked at Rolls Royce, INM and BUPA to name a few and founded measure2improve with Simon Pinkney and John Marshall with the aim of developing bespoke software and services for the Construction Industry.”
