m2i is implementing ActiveSHE for house building and construction company Galliford Try.

Their operation consists of 40+ operational business units, 400/450 live projects and a rapidly increasing turnover approaching £4bn.They have a 60 strong Health, Safety and Sustainability department

Galliford Try needed a new Safety & Health system to cope with 400/450 SSER (site inspections) per month, numerous accident book entries, an average of 1 RIDDOR incident per week, thousands of near misses and safe behaviour discussions, as well as sustainability data.

Speaking at a recent seminar Mike Webb, Group Health & Safety Development Manager said “We chose m2i/ActiveSHE because of their [m2i’s] Track record in working with similar organisations, the quality of the product, the fact that the system is detailed enough to talk to our internal systems (Oracle), the guaranteed support and assistance and the analysis / statistics it [ActiveSHE] can produce.”
